A Reiki Circle is a good introduction to Reiki. It is a gathering where people exchange and share Reiki, a form of energy healing. Reiki is connecting a person to the energy of the universe. It is non-denominational and can even assist in boosting a person's connection with their beliefs. The benefits are feeling connected, inner peace, unconditional love, less stress, feeling grounded, and a feeling of you belong to this life and the people around you.
