Care Package from Alfred Box of Books, NY

We received a wonderful care package from our sister library in Alfred, NY, Alfred Box of Books. Here’s what they said:

"Hello Friends!

Thank you for the goodies for National Library Week! I've included the "Alfred Pizza Pan." This is made from the terra cotta clay that Alfred, NY is known for. These and other bakeware are made by hand locally! I've also chosen this card painted by a local artist. Proceeds from this card help support our fire department. The library is right next door! These were purchased from a new store- Kindred Collective- that opened in December. They sell a lot of local art. They are also the source four our books for our books for our True Crime Book Club! Lastly, I'm including a write up from our newspaper- The Alfred Sun. Our long time staff member retired a few weeks ago!
