As we step into 2026, we are looking ahead at how we can better serve our incredible community. Whether you visit us every week for new releases or haven't stepped through our doors in years, we want to hear from you.
Starting today, we are officially launching the 2026 PML Community Survey, and we need your input to help guide our programs, collections, and services for the years to come.
Who Should Take the Survey?
In short: Everyone! We aren't just looking for feedback from current cardholders. We want to hear from every resident in the area, all ages.
Non-Patrons: Tell us what would make the library more useful to you.
Families: We encourage multiple people in the same household to fill out their own individual surveys. We want to hear from the students, the retirees, and everyone in between!
How to Participate
We’ve made it easy to share your thoughts in the way that works best for you:
Online: Complete the survey from the comfort of your home by visiting 2026 PML Community Survey. It takes less than five minutes!
In-Person: If you prefer pen and paper, stop by the library. We have printed versions available at the main desk. Drop your completed survey in the envelope, and you're all set. You can even take the paper version home and return it in our book drop.
A Chance to Win!
As a "thank you" for your time and insight, every person who completes a survey can choose to enter our Spring Raffle. At the end of March, we will be drawing a winner for a special community prize basket!
Why Your Feedback Counts
The library is more than just a building full of books—it is a community hub. Your answers will help us decide:
What kinds of events and workshops we should host.
How we should prioritize our digital and physical collections.
What services the community needs most.
